DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, December 2, 2008, marks the 145th Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, December 2, 2008 as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.
