DECLARING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, Tuesday, September 30, 2008, marks the Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Masbate;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, September 30, 2008, as special (non-working) day in Masbate City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
