CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED ALONG DELA ROSA STREET, BARANGAY SAN LORENZO, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 07-206 dated 07 May 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Dela Rosa E-Service Building as an Information Technology Center which stands on two parcels of land of the private domain located along Dela Rosa Street, Barangay San Lorenzo, Makati City, containing an aggregate area an of Three Thousand Six Hundred Twelve (3,612) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the consolidated subdivision plan Pcs-00-011927, being a portion of the cons., of Lot 1 and 2, Pcs-00-006215. LRC Rec. No. 2029) situated in the Barangay of San Lorenzo, City of Makati, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE. SE., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 3 (road 12 m. wide) Pcs-00-006215, on the SW. along line 3-4 by Street lot (Dela Rosa Street) (LRC) Pcs-4467, along lie 4-5 by Lot 3 and on the NW. along line 5-1 by Lot 1 both of the cons. subd. plan.
Beginning at a pt. marked "1" on plan, being S. 59 deg. 03'W., 1964.25 m. from BLLM #1 Makati, Rizal.
