DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 23, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 23, 2008, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of Batangas City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Batangas City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 23, 2008, as special (non-working) day in Batangas City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
