DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 19, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Saturday, April 19, 2008, marks the 10th Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, IGNACIO R. BUNYE, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, April 19, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
