DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 16, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Batangas celebrates its fiesta in honor of its patron saint, Sto. Niño on Wednesday, January 16, 2008;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, January 16, 2008, as special (non-working) day in Batangas City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
