DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Tuesday, January 15, 2008 marks the celebration of the Feast Day of Saint Paul, the First Hermit, the patron saint of San Pablo City;

WHEREAS, coinciding with the feast day is the holding of the Coconut Festival and Mardi Gras Contest;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 15, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.
