DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, Thursday, November 22, 2007, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Province of Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sultan Kudarat be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, November 22, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Sultan Kudarat.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
