DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, Wednesday, November 28, 2007, marks the 15th Foundation Day Anniversary and 5th Munato Festival of the Province of Sarangani;

WHEREAS, it but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare, Wednesday, November 28, 2007 as special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
