CREATING AND DESIGNATING TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT BARANGAY LAGAO, NATIONAL HIGHWAY, GENERAL SANTOS CITY, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PART PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippines Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000, as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 dated 20 September 2004 and Resolution No. 06-433 dated 26 September 2006 at the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located at Barangay Lagao, National Highway, General Santos City, South Cotabato, as Information Technology Park, consisting of TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY SIX (28,596) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 3-A of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-42323), being a portion of Block 3, described on plan Pasd-37878, LRC Cad. Record No. N-217 (H-Patent No. V-219, situated in the Barrio of No. 3, Municipality of Buayan; Province of Cotabato; Island of Mindanao.
Bounded on the W., N., and E., points 1 to 4 by Lot 3-C; and on the S., points 4 to1 by Lot 3-B, both of the subdivision plan.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N., 54 deg. 15'E 1,492.04 m. from BLLM. No. 4, Buayan, Public Land Subdivision, Pls-209-D.
