DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 12, 2007, a National Pilgrimage to Lipa, a day of prayer and reparation, to gather all the faithful in common supplication to the Blessed Mother, Mary Mediatrix of All Grace;

WHEREAS, the Archdiocese of Lipa shall be the pulsating center of prayer of thanksgiving, worship and petitions by multitudes of local and pilgrim devotees;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ℒαwρhi৷

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, September 12, 2007 as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
