RESERVING AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP IN FAVOR OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN GENERAL AGUINALDO, MUNICIPALITY OF RAMON, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve and grant ownership in favor of the National Power Corporation (NPC) that certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in Barangay General Aguinaldo, Municipality of Ramon, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND identified as Sgs-af-02-000378-D, portion of Lot 10271, Cad-211 surveyed for National Power Corporation, situated in Barangay General Aguinaldo, Municipality of Ramon, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the North along lines 1-2-3 by Dried Magat River; on the East along lines 3-4-5 by Lot No. 10271 (Portion), Cad 211; on the South East along line 5-6 by Lot No. 10271 (Portion), Cad 211; on the South West along line 6-7 by Road; and on the North along line 7-1 by Dried Magat River. Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 63 deg. 14'W., 4714.29 m. from B.L.L.M. # 51, Cad-211, thence:

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Corner 1 by old PS and rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearing True. Date of original Survey, September 1924 to February 1932 and that of the segregation survey by Geodetic Engineer Roger B. Castueras on January 31 2004 and was approved on February 20, 2004.

Bounded on the North along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 1, Pcs-CAR-000724; on the South East along line 4-5 and on the North East along line 5-6 both by Magat River with Legal Eastment of forty (40) meters wide within the subdivision plan; on the South along lines 6-7-8 by Lot 10271, Cad-211; on the South West along lines 8-9-10-11 by Road and on the North West along line 11-1 by Lot 1, Pcs-CAR-000724. beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 62 deg. 45'W., 4896.74 m. from B.L.L.M. # 51, Cad-211, thence:
S. 79-46'E., 58.88 m. to point 2;
N. 77-45'E., 25.40 m. to point 3;
N. 82-38'E., 28.89 m. to point 4;
S. 22-28'W., 60.66 m. to point 5;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Corners 1, 2, 3 and 11 by Old PS cyl. mons. 15 x 60 cms. and the rest by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearing True. The survey was executed by Engr. Roger Castueras on January 31, 2004 and was approved on March 3, 2004.
The area covered by this proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the National Power Corporation.
The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue Special Patent in favor of NPC.
Cutting of trees and gathering of natural resources within the area covered by this proclamation shall be subject to existing DENR and Forestry laws, rules and regulation.
