RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AS SITE OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCIAL HEADQUARTERS

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by the virtue of the powers vested in me by the law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao as site of the Philippine National Police Compostela Valley Provincial Headquarters under the administration of the Department of Interior and Local Government, containing an area of Twenty Four Thousand Six Hundred Three (24, 603) square meters, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3474-C, Csd-11-010251, being a portion of Lot 3474, Pls-2), located in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Nabunturan, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the N., along line 7-1 by Lot 3474-B, Csd-11-010251; on the SE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5 by Second Street; on the SW and NW., along lines 5-67-1 by Lot 3474-B, Csd-11-010251.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 81 deg. 28' W., 185.60 m. from BLLM No. 27, Pls-2, Compostela Public Land Subdivision, thence:

S. 36 deg 40' W., 31.74 m. to point 2;
S. 32 deg 41' W., 27.60 m. to point 3;
S. 51 deg 24' W., 94.79 m. to point 4;
S. 43 deg 55' W., 147.27 m. to point 5;
N. 25 deg 15' E., 103.81 m. to point 6;

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cm. Date of original survey, October 1, 1952 to June 20, 1953 and the Subdivision Survey November 10-11, 1988 by Geodetic Engineer Andres C. Gumapac and was approved on July 18, 1989.1aшphi1

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
