CREATING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAYS POBLACION AND SUBANGDAKU (MANDAUE RECLAMATION AREA), MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PARK PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its implementing rules and regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000, as amended by Resolution No. 04-295 dated 20 September 2004 and Resolution No. 04-135 dated 26 April 2004, as amended by Resolution No. 05-083 dated 22 March 2005 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located in Barangays Poblacion and Subangdaku (Mandaue Reclamation Area), Mandaue City, Cebu, as Information Technology Park, consisting of Sixty Six Thousand Four Hundred Forty Three (66,443.00) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
