DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN LAOAG CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, February 10, 2006, marks the “Laoag City Day” and celebrates its city fiesta in honor of their patron saint, St. William the Hermit;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, February 10, 2006, as special (non-working) day in Laoag City.
