AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 95 DATED SEPTEMBER 3, 2001 WHICH DECLARED A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND SITUATED IN PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA COVERED BY TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 142162 REGISTERED IN THE NAME OF THE MANILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AUTHORITY (MIAA) AS SITE OF THE MIAA EMPLOYEES HOUSING PROJECT, BY AUTHORIZING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AREA COVERED THEREIN FOR MEDIUM RISE BUILDING AND MIXED-USE PURPOSES AND PLACING THE SAME UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 95 dated September 3, 2001 which declared a certain portion of the land situated in Pasay City, Metro Manila covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 142162 registered in the name of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) as site of the MIAA Employees Housing Project, by authorizing the development of the area covered therein for medium rise building and mixed-use purposes and placing the same under the administration of the National Housing Authority, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 3720-B-3-A-2-J (PORTION), SWO-00-001755

A parcel of land being a portion of Lot 3720-B-3-A-2-J, SWO-00-001755 covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 142162, LRC Rec. No. 2484, situated in Barangay Villamor Air Base, Pasay City, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the North by Road Lot 3270-B-3-A-2-F (Merville Road); on the North-North East by South Luzon Express Road (SLEX); on the South-Southwest by Cad 299, Parañaque Cadastre.1aшphi1

Beginning at point marked “1” on plan, being S. 62 deg. 06' W., 4,833.10 from BLLM No. 1, McadM-590-D, Taguig Cadastral Mapping, thence:

beginning containing an area of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR (22,954) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

The portions of the area herein reserved intended for Medium Rise Buildings and Mixed-Use purposes is subject to final survey.

The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) is hereby authorized to enter into a Joint Venture Agreement with the National Housing Authority for the development and subsequent disposition of the proclaimed area.

All other provisions of Proclamation. No. 95 dated September 3, 2001 inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked or repealed accordingly.
