WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian celebrates its annual fiesta on Monaday, January 16, 2006;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasionwith appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 16, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Pagadian City.ℒαwρhi৷
