WHEREAS, the City of Lipa celebrates its city fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Sebastian on Friday, January 20, 2006;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL
