WHEREAS, Friday, January 20, 2006, marks the 4th MALATARLAK FESTIVAL of the City of Tarlac that will showcase their City’s unique beauty and splendor;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, January 16, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.ℒαwρhi৷
