DECLARING MONDAY, JANUARY 16, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVOTAS, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Monday, January 16, 2006, marks the foundation day anniversary of the Municipality of Navotas, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Navotas, Metro Manila, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, January 16, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Navotas, Metro Manila.ℒαwρhi৷
