RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE QUINAWEGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITUATED AT BARANGAY QUINAWEGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUEY, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Quinawegan Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Quinawegan, Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land identified as Lot 5679, Pls-570, as surveyed for Buguey School Site situated in Barangay of Quinawegan, Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 5686; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 5687; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 5684; on the SE., along line 4-5 by Lot 5675; on the SW., along line 5-6 by Lot 5677; along line 6-7 by Lot 5678; along line 7-1 by Lot 5686, all of PLS-570.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being N. 50-25W., 2605.97 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-570, Buguey, Cagayan, thence:

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable through Proclamation by the President.
