CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS CYBER PARK BUILDING ONE TO BE ESTABLISHED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF GENERAL AGUINALDO AVENUE AND P. TUAZON, ARANETA CENTER, CUBAO, QUEZON CITY AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act NO. 7916 as amended, Its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 06-277 dated 27 June 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Cyber Park Building One as an Information Technology Center, which stands on a parcel of land located at the corner of General Aguinaldo Avenue and P. Tuazon, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, containing an area of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXTY EIGHT (17,968) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 11-A as shown on subdivision plan Psd-007404?026107-D, being a portion of Lot 11, Block 6, Psd-127, LRC Record No. 917), situated in Brgy. of (Cubao) Socorro, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along lines 1 to 11 by Property of Magdalena Estate; on the NW., along line 11-12 by Property of Protestant Mission; on the NE., along line 12-13 by Lot 12, Block 6, Psd-127; and on the SE., along line 13-1 by Lot 11-B (Road Widening) of the subdivision plan.
