CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A BUILDING KNOWN AS 6780 AYALA ESTABLISHED ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT 6780 AYALA AVENUE, MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 06-435 dated 26 September 2006 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the 6780 Ayala which stands on two parcels of land located at 6780 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, as an Information Technology Center, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED (2,400) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Street Lot 1; on the SE., points 4 to 1 by Lot 2, Block 1; on the SW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 14, Block 1, all of the subdivision plan and on the NW., points 2 to 3 by Lot 2 (LRC) Pcs-536. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 52 deg. 09W., 1858.45 m. from BLLM 1, Municipality of Makati, Rizal;
