MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 1195, December 18, 2006 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 414 DATED JUNE 29, 1994, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE ARGAO RIVER WATERSHED RESERVE, BY EXCLUDING FROM ITS OPERATION ALL LANDS CLASSIFIED AS ALIENABLE AND DISPOSABLE ENCOMPASSED BY THE RESERVATION Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 414 dated June 29, 1994, which established the ARGAO RIVER WATERSHED RESERVE by excluding therefrom all ands previously classified as alienable and disposable that are encompassed by the reservation particularly: A & D, Block I and Block II of L.C. Project No. 12 in the Municipality of Argao; and A & D, Block III of L.C. Project No. 25 in the Municipality of Dalaguete, Province of Cebu.ℒαwρhi৷ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
