DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN OZAMIZ CITY

WHEREAS, the City of Ozamiz celebrates its annual fiesta on Friday, December 8, 2006, in commemoration of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Ozamiz be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, December 8, 2006, as special (non-working) day in Ozamiz City.ℒαwρhi৷
