CREATING AND DESIGNATING THE RIVERBANKS ARCADE AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER TO BE ANNEXED TO THE EXISTING RIVERBANKS CENTER ICT BUILDING I LOCATED AT RIVERBANKS CENTER, A. BONIFACIO AVENUE, MARIKINA CITY, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO, 7915 AS AMENDED SY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Center annexed to the existing Riverbanks Center ICT Building I, subject to the provision of Republic Act No. 7916 as implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 06-279 dated 29 December 2000 and 27 June 2006, respectively, of the PEZA Board of Directors, a building, also known as the Riverbanks Arcade, which stands on a 3,577-square meter lot, more or less located at Riverbanks Center, A. Bonifacio Avenue, Marikina City, as defined by the following technical descriptions:
