WHEREAS, Saturday, December 2, 2006, marks the 143rd Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, December 2, 2006, as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.ℒαwρhi৷
