DECLARING FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN DAVAO CITY

WHEREAS, November 8 to 12, 2006, the National Youth Day will be held in Davao City;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Davao celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, Davao City, requested that Friday, November 10, 2006 be declared as a special non-working holiday in celebration of the National Youth Day 2006;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Davao City be given full opportunity to participate in this event.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, November 10, 2006 as special (non-working) day in Davao City.ℒαwρhi৷
