DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI

WHEREAS, Tuesday, November 28, 2006, marks the Foundation Day Anniversary of the Province of Sarangani;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, November 28, 2006 as special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.ℒαwρhi৷
