DECLARING FRIDAY, OCTOBER 13, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN

WHEREAS, the City of Kidapawan will be celebrating the 5th Timpupo Festival on October 11 to 15, 2006;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, October 13, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.ℒαwρhi৷
