WHEREAS, Monday, October 16, 2006, marks the 58th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Calbayog;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calbayog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, October 16, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Calbayog
