DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 15, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 15, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Bulacan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, August 15, 2006 as special (non-working) day in the Province of Bulacan.ℒαwρhi৷
