WHEREAS, Thursday, August 10, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of San Jose City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of San Jose City, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL – ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, August 10, 2006 as special (non-working) day in San Jose City.ℒαwρhi৷
