WHEREAS, Saturday, September 30, 2006, marks the 6th Cityhood Anniversary of the city of Masbate;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, September 30, 2006 as special (non-working) day in Masbate City.ℒαwρhi৷
