DECLARING WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KABANKALAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, August 2, 2006, marks the 9th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Kabankalan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kabankalan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.1aшphi1

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, August 2, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kabankalan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
