DECLARING TUESDAY, JULY 11, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, July 11, 2006 marks the 137th birth anniversary of Dr. Pio Valenzuela;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the residents of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.1aшphi1

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, July 11, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
