DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 20, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, June 20, 2006, marks the 59th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOAQUIN C. LAGONERA, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 20, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.
