DECLARING SATURDAY, JULY 15, 2006 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALUNGON, SARANGANI PROVINCE

WHEREAS, Saturday, July 15, 2006, marks the Foundation Day Anniversary of the Municipality of Malungon, Sarangani Province;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malungon, Sarangani Province, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, July 15, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malungon, Sarangani Province.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
