DECLARING SATURDAY, JUNE 17, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Saturday, June 17, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Agusan del Sur;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Agusan del Sur be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, June 17, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Agusan del Sur.
