CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY DIEZMO, MUNICIPALITY OF CABUYAO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, TO FORM PART OF THE EXISTING LIGHT INDUSTRY AND SCIENCE PARK I - SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (LISPPI-SEZ) PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as Special Economic Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions No. 00-323 and 04-428 dated 25 September 2000 and 09 December 2004, respectively of the PEZA Board of Directors, a parcel of land containing an area of NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY THREE (9,343) SQUARE METERS to form part of the existing Light Industry and Science Park of the Philippines (LISPPI-SEZ) located at Barangay Diezmo, Municipality of Cabuyao, Province of Laguna, as defined by the following technical descriptions:
