RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED AT AGBANNAWAG, TABUK, KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR SCHOOL/EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES OF THE AGBANNAWAG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement of certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Agbannawag, Tabuk, Kalinga and reserving the same as site for school and educational purposes under the administration of Agbannawag Elementary School as its campus, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot-3 Ccs-CAR-000007); with urban code 133213 situated at Agbannawag, Tabuk, Kalinga, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Road; on the SE., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Road 20 m. wide; on the SW., along line 5-6 by National Road 60 m. wide; on the NW., along line 6-1 by proposed road.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 23 deg. 53' E., 1026.08 m. from BLLM #3 PLS-93, thence;

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
