DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 16, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUGAIT, MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Thursday, March 16, 2006, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Lugait, Misamis Oriental;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Lugait, Misamis Oriental, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipalitys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive, Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, March 16, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Lugait, Misamis Oriental.
