RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF WEST POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF PALAUIG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE STATION AND MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT SITES PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for Philippine National Police Station and Municipal Government sites purposes, certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of West Poblacion, Municipality of Palauig, Province of Zambales, Island of Luzon, containing a total area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN (1,115) SQUARE METERS, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

1) LOT 92-A, CSD-03-015424 ]
(PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE STATION)

A parcel of land, (Lot 92-A, Csd-03-015424, equivalent to Lot 6458, Cad-364-D, being a portion of Lot 92, Cad-364-D, Palauig Cadastre), situated in Barrio of West Poblacion, Municipality of Palauig, Province of Zambales, island of Luzon.

Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Road; on the S., along line 2-3 by Lot 92-B, Csd-03-015424; on the W., & N., along lines 3-4-1 by Lot 91, Cad-364-D, Palauig Cadastre.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan N. 15 deg. 08W., 57.41 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 364-D, Palauig Cadastre, thence:

S. 01 deg. 12' E., 18.10 m. to point 2;
S. 87 deg. 47' W., 20.88 m. to point 3;
N. 00 deg. 24' W., 19.16 m. to point 4;
S. 89 deg. 18' E., 20.61 m. to point of

Beginning, containing an area of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX (386) SQUARE METERS.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by “PS” cyl. conc, mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings true. Date of original survey June 1962 – May 1963 and that of the subdivision survey June 17, 2005 conducted by Engineer Rogelio T. Garancho, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder and was approved on June 23, 2005.

2) LOT 92-B, CSD-03-015424
(MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PALAUIG)

A parcel of land, (Lot 92-B, Csd-03-015424, equivalent to Lot 6459, Cad-364-D, being a portion of Lot 92, Cad-364-D, Palauig Cadastre), situated in Barrio of West Poblacion, Municipality of Palauig, Province of Zambales, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 3863; on the S., along line 2-3 by Lot 3871 (Road Lot); on the W., along line 3-4 by Lot 91, all of Cad-364-D, Palauig Cadastre; on the N., along line 4-5 by Lot No. 92-A, Csd-03-015424; on the E., along line 5-1 by Road.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan N. 28 deg. 10' W., 30.47 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad. 364-D, Palauig Cadastre, thence:

S. 00 deg. 37' W., 25.28 m. to point 2;
N. 88 deg. 01' W., 20.57 m. to point 3;
N. 00 deg. 24' W., 34.22 m. to point 4;
N. 87 deg. 47' E., 20.88 m. to point 5;

Beginning, containing an area of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (729) SQUARE METERS.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by “PS” cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings true. Date of original survey June 1962 – May 1963 and that of the subdivision survey June 17, 2005 conducted by Engineer Rogelio T. Garancho, Geodetic Engineer, in accordance with the law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder and was approved on June 23, 2005.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to sale, lease, or other modes of disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.1aшphi1
