RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SAMPALOC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAMPALOC, MUNICIPALITY OF APALIT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of the SAMPALOC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barrio Sampaloc, Municipality of Apalit, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, containing an aggregate area of Six Thousand Twenty Five (6,025) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 863) of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-193001, being a portion of Lot 6, PSU-7252 (GLRO No. 12465), situated in the Barrio of Sampaloc, Municipality of Apalit, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the NE., point 1 to 2 by Lot 861, 2 to 3 by Lot 1079; on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 1007 (Old Apalit-San Fernando Road); on the SW, points 4 to 5 to 6 by Lot 1078 (Alley); 6 to 7 to 8 to 9 by Lot 864; and on the NW., point 9 to 10 by Lot 862, 10 to 1 by Lot 861, all of the Subdivision Plan (LRC) Psd-193001.

The above-described parcel of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
