RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BATUGANDING, MUNICIPALITY OF SARANGANI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AS SITE OF BATUGANDING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Batuganding Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Batuganding, Municipality of Sarangani, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND AND TWO (20,002) square meters, more or less, subject to private rights, if any there be and to future ground survey, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

LOT NO. 379, PLS-851

A parcel of land (Lot No. 379, Pls-851) situated in Batuganding, Sarangani, Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao.1aшphi1

Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Lot 217; on the E., along line 2-3 by Lot 220; on the S., along line 3-4 by lot 220; and on the W., along line 4-1 by Lot 220, all of Pls-851.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 81 deg. 19' E., 4,938.85 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-851, thence:

N. 85 deg. 24' E., 100.00.m. to point 2;
S. 04 deg. 36' E., 200.01 m. to point 3;
S. 85 deg. 24' W., 100.00 m. to point 4;
N. 04 deg. 36' W., 200.01 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND AND TWO (20,002) square meters, more or less.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by Pls. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings True. Date of Original survey on June 6, 1963; by Geodetic Engineer C. Catudan and was approved on March 31, 1970.

The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition in favor of private parties until again declared as alienable by law or proclamation of the President.1aшphi1
