DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 2, 2006, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION.

WHEREAS, Thursday, March 2, 2006, marks the 156th Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of La Union;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, March 2, 2006, as special (non-working) day in the Province of La Union.1aшphi1
