DECLARING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND AS GOVERNMENT CENTER OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SILANG, CAVITE SITUATED IN BARANGAY LALAAN 1, SILANG, CAVITE
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve as a government center for the Municipality of Silang, Cavite, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land known as Lot 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, all of Plan Ps-20026, Cad 452-0, Silang Cadastre, situated in Barangay Lalaan 1, Silang, Cavite
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Parcel I
A parcel of land (Lot 1, plan Ps-20026), situated in the Barrio of Lalaan, Municipality of Silang, Province of cavite. Bounded on the N., by Lot 4; on the NE., by Lot 5; on the SE;, by Lot 6 (excluded); and on the W., by the National Highway to Silang. Beginning at point marked "1" on the plan, being S. 17-46' W., 4325.80 m. from B.L.L.M. 1 (now) Mp of Silang thence;
N. 7° 04" E., 63.65 m. to point 2;
S. 87°07"E., 6.55 m. to point 3;
S. 72°18"E., 3.19 m. to point 4;

Naval; on the NE., by property of Feliciano Amon; on the E., by Lot 3; on the S., by properties of Honorio Rojas and Gabriela R. Naval; on the NW., by Lot 6 (excluded). Beginning at point marked "1" on plan, being 5. 12-17' W., 4086.10 m. from B.L.L.M. (now) Municipality of Silang, thence:

Bounded on the N., by property of Mariano Tatoo; on the SE., by Lot 5; on the S., by Lot 1; and on the SW., by National Highway to Silang. Beginning at point marked "1" on plan, being S.17-56' E., 4141.90 m. from B.L.L.M (now) Municipality of Silang, thence:

Parcel V
A parcel of land (Lot 5, plan Ps-20026), situated in the Barrio of Lalaan, Municipality of Silang, Province of Cavite. Bounded on the N., by property of Mariano Yatco; on the SE., by Lot 6 (excluded); on the SW., by Lot 1; and on the NW., by Lot 4. Beginning at point marked "1" on plan, being S. 17-56' W., 4141.90 m. from B.L.L.M. 1 (now) Municipality of Silang, thence:
S. 82° 53" E., 2.96 m. to point 2;
S. 14° 27" W., 120.51 m. to point 3;
N. 72° 18" W., 3.19 m. to point 4;
N. 14° 34" E., 119.95 m. to the point of
beginning, containing an area of THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY EIGHT (368) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground; bearings true; declination 0-32' E.; date of survey, June 21-24, 1947, January 4, 6, and 11, 1949.
These parcels of land were surveyed in accordance with existing laws, rules and regulations during the Cadastral Survey Cad. 452-0, Silang Cadastre approved on May 20, 1982.
The area reserved for the Government site purposes of Municipality of Silang, Province of Cavite, shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of Public Land Act or by proclamation of the President.ℒαwρhi৷
