WHEREAS, Friday, December 2, 2005, marks the 142nd Foundation Day anniversary of Pasay City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Pasay City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, December 2, 2005, as special (non-working) day in Pasay City.ℒαwρhi৷
