RESERVING CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY DILAG, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON AS SITE OF THE DILAG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Dilag Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain containing an area of NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY ONE (9,751) SQUARE METERS, more or less, situated at Barangay Dilag, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon, subject to private rights if any there be, which parcel of land is now particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 130, CSD-133213-000151, being a portion of Lot 861, Pls-93), situated at Barangay Dilag, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Road Lot 3; on the SW., along lines 2-3-4 by Road Lot 3; on the NW., along the line 4-5 by Road (10.00 m. wide); on the NW., along line 5-6 by Road Lot 2; on the N. & NE., along lines 6-7-8 also by Road Lot 2; and on the SE., along line 8-1 also by Road Lot2.
Beginning from point marked "1" on plan, being N. 39 deg. 43’ W., 1,245.61 m. from Pls-93, Tabuk, Kalinga, thence;
S. 50 deg. 58’ W., 5.10 m. to point 2;
N. 85 deg. 42’ W., 106.05 m. to point 3;
N. 08 deg. 52’ E., 3.50 m. to point 4;
N. 08 deg. 36’ E., 75.33 m. to point 5;
N. 37 deg. 42’ E., 6.12 m. to point 6;
N. 87 deg. 32’ E., 103.14 m. to point 7;
S. 42 deg. 38’ E., 4.46 m. to point 8;
S. 07 deg. 39’ W., 89.46 m. to point of
beginning, containing an area of NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY ONE (9,751) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
All points referred to are indicted on the plan and marked on the ground by BL Cyl, Conc. Mons, 15x40 cm. Bearing True: Date of Original Survey, May 4, 1939; Date of Subdivision Survey May 14 to August 10, 1991 duly executed by Geodetic Engineer Eleanor A. Reyes and approved on October 22, 1992.
The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-allienable until again declared alienable through Proclamation by the President.ℒαwρhi৷
