WHEREAS, Monday, September 5, 2005, marks the 37th Charter Day anniversary and Tuna Festival celebration of the City of General Santos;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.ᇈWᑭHIL
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary , by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, September 5, 2005, as special ( non-working ) day in the City of General Santos.ℒαwρhi৷
